Ki - exercices for these times
17/09 - 24/09 - 01/10 - 08/10 - 15/10/2026
Via ZOOM
Over the course of five sessions, I invite you to open, align, ground, and center our bodies together.
Focus will be on working with the elements—water, fire, sky, and earth—through space, stillness, and movement.
In practice, this means:
-
Activating and allowing the body's original life force to radiate from the **hara-koshi**, the body's gravitational and energetic center.
-
Opening and awakening the entire nervous system, organs, muscles, connective tissues, fluids, and bones, restoring flow throughout the body.
-
Increasing the flexibility and vitality of the **CVP axis** (cranium, vertebrae, and pelvis).
-
Recognizing, exploring, and experiencing your own inner movement.
-
Working with spiral movement through sound (**kototama**), creating a living connection between the belly, heart, and head.
-
Practicing specific relaxation exercises and connecting with key meridian points, including the Eight Extraordinary Meridians.
A centered, energetically balanced body breathes space in and out, resonating with life as it unfolds. It is able to meet life's greatest challenges with courage, an open heart, purposeful action, and a deep sense of right timing.
What to expect ?
The practices I offer are rooted in my personal experience and in many years of dedicated study and practice of various Eastern disciplines, including Japanese Qi Gong, Spontaneous Movement (Katsugen Undō), Waraku Budō, breathing practices, hara and KI training, and Kototama—the ancient Japanese study of the universe through sound, vibration, and spiral movement.
These practices invite the different parts of ourselves to reunite along a single axis of time and space, returning us to one point of presence.
From this place, the body's innate capacity for self-healing can simply unfold.
As inner balance is restored, you become able to move through life with greater trust—able to navigate and embrace even its most turbulent waters.
The practices evolve throughout the journey and are always carefully attuned to the process. I listen deeply to the needs of the group and to what emerges within the shared field to which we are all connected.
They offer points of reference that invite you to deepen your relationship with your body, enter into dialogue with it, alchemize your experiences, and remain rooted in love while following your own inner current—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
I look forward to coming together, sharing this practice, and exploring it with you.
Who am I ?
A traveler on the journey of life on Earth.
Having already lived through many different "lives" within this lifetime, I have had the privilege of studying with Japanese masters in both Japan and Belgium for many years—a journey that continues to this day. Five years ago, I planted my flag in the south of France, in a small village overlooking Béziers, where I now live.
The living spiral of silence, movement, communication, exchange, connection, cooperation, and authenticity continues to embody itself ever more deeply within me.
The body is my gateway to infinite potential.
Each day, the desire to share and transmit these teachings—both in the dojo and in everyday life—grows stronger.
Shining Life.
Love in Action.
If you would like to know more it (in french)...
